After having a great three seasons with our reliable white Mini Cooper S in the Historic Race series we sold him on to a new owner then decided for the 2017 season we would build ourselves a new Historic FIA Cooper S. This is a great example of the quality of work we provide and the extremely high level of finish as well as being our 2017 ride in the Historic series

Come and see us at the circuit and you can have a good look over our car to see the standard of build we work to – this is a concourse Cooper S that races at weekends !

THE RUST

The car started life as a 1961 rust bucket which we stripped and totally restored with new panels

POWER-PLANT

Engine – we have another almighty power-plant from Swiftune Engineering beating under the bonnet, running a Swiftune gearbox with an LSD and some rather nice historic SU twin carburettors

RESTORATION OF PARTS

Parts – We could have just bought loads of new parts but where ever possible we rebuilt and painstakingly restored the original parts so the car is actually using many of the parts it left the factory with over fifty years ago like the rear windows and gauges below…
